The less we use, the less we have to throw away. Which is why the first thing you’ll notice about all our deliveries is they come with minimal packaging. We're also integrating a crate delivery system that eliminates the need for packaging. However, we do not compromise on the safety and security of your delivery. Plus, we're switching to an LPG van fleet so we'll be able to guarantee all our deliveries arrive using optimal fuel efficiency.
We never underestimate the importance of sourcing and promoting the sale of recycled products – and we're well on our way, with whole lines of our inventory entirely recycled and a large range of Fair Trade products.
Our commitment to the environment doesn’t just begin and end with us – we'd love you to do your bit too. Our refurbished range lets you save the planet while saving money by choosing ‘used’ rather than ‘brand new'. All our refurbished items, including copiers and fax machines through to toner and ink cartridge refills, come with a guarantee and our usual returns policy for added peace of mind.

Dean Botten COO
Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the business Dean has over 20 years across a broad range of specialist functions.
Dean strives to ensure the high standards and our values set by Richard and himself are shared across the company meaning DC always provides the very best solution at great value.
When he’s not in the office you can often find Dean on his local golf course.
Richard Capel Director
Richard works tirelessly with our multi-location offices and distribution warehouses to ensure a smooth business operation and is responsible for managing and growing strong B2B relationships.
Richard expects his team to make a difference in what they do, with a focus on personalising the service to each client's needs.
Regularly attending networking events Richard ensures we are always at the forefront of industry trends.
Matt Bentley Head of B2C
Matt is responsible for heading up our marketing department and developing our B2C audience. He has successfully combined his broad marketing, technical and industry knowledge to take the organisations B2C division from inception to a highly profitable sector of the business.
Matt's spare time is often spent improving both knowledge and skill set.
Georgie Slater Head of B2B
Georgie is our head of B2B business development manager or you can just call her “The Oracle”.
Georgie is responsible for helping to grow our business and managing the sales teams across DC Group.
If she isn’t on the phone, or in the office with her team, you can find her out on site with the Project Managers getting stuck in.
Laura Fidler & Emily Bambrough Customer Service
Laura and Emily, also known as the ‘DC Dream Team’ they are the office’s snack draw central and are known to be joined at the hip.
They are passionate about providing a quality service for our customers, and together they have years of experience within customer service and sales support.
Jasmine Leigh Account Manager
Jasmine is one of our fantastic account managers. She is responsible for helping to grow our business and managing client accounts with DC Direct.
Whether it’s stationery, branded merchandise, or PPE you need, Jasmine will be sure to get what you need, quickly and affordably. Of course with a smile.
When not in the office Jasmine loves baking and relaxing on holiday.

Wherever you see items for sale through DC Direct that are available in ‘pink’ versions, we've made a commitment to this wonderful charity. They have already done so much for so many incredible women. 10% of all sales of ‘pink’ items will go directly to Breast Cancer Now. If you live in R.O.I. all donations will be forwarded to the Marie Keating Foundation.

SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL CHARITIES
Many of you will have already taken advantage of our free used-toner collection service. If you didn't know we gladly come and collect your empty cartridges. You probably assumed that we just refilled the toners and put them up for re-sale. In fact, we decided to put them to good use by offering the old toners up to a group of local charities. Thus enabling them to make a profit by refilling the toners and then selling on.
GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY
At DC Direct we're never more aware of our place in the world than when we spend time in our local community. That’s why we decided to support our local school (Royal Park Primary School in Kent) by getting behind their sports departments. In 2009, we donated a complete sports range to the kids of the school. So that they might share our passion for physical recreation and the great outdoors.
